Contractual Details : Overview
Exclusivity:
In case the customer demands a complete exclusivity to the knowhow generated, it can be considered. However, the customer pays an extra compensation for such exclusive assignments.
Disputes:
NCL prefers settlement of disputes through mutual discussions. In case of foreign companies any arbitration shall be settled in accordance with the rules of International Chambers of Commerce, UK.
Applicable Law:
When working with foreign companies, NCL accepts only the laws of a third country, preferably UK for interpretation of Agreement in case of Arbitration.
